Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States from our London warehouse.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

Express Shipping (1-3 business days): FREE UK shipping.
Standard delivery: 1-3 business days

United States:

Express International (2-11 business days)
- Packages 0-1.4 lb: £15.00
- Packages 1.4 lb and over: £28.45

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Customs, Duties & Tariffs

For US customers: All shipments to the US are subject to import duties and tariffs, regardless of value. Your shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) will contact you to arrange payment before delivery or will bill you after paying on your behalf.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@theoriginalbarebear.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
