Sometimes returns happen. Just like the mess, we're here to help.

Return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Contact hello@theoriginalbarebear.com to arrange (return shipping at your cost).

Opened, used, or washed items cannot be returned. As personal baby care products, this protects you and every BARE customer.

Damaged or faulty on arrival? Email hello@theoriginalbarebear.com within 30 days. We'll arrange return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
