Changed your mind?

Return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Contact hello@theoriginalbarebear.com and we'll guide you through it.

What we need:

• Unopened items in original packaging, unused and unwashed
• Your order number or proof of purchase

Return shipping: You'll cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns (we recommend tracked postage). Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. We'll refund your order total including the original delivery charge.

If opened items are returned, we'll contact you to arrange return shipping at your cost, or you can ask us to responsibly dispose of them.

Opened?

Since these are personal baby care products, purity is important. However, opened, used, or washed items cannot be returned. This protects you and every BARE customer.

Something wrong on arrival?

Inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, email hello@theoriginalbarebear.com immediately with:

• Photos of the issue
• Your order number
• Description of what's wrong

We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Important: For the fastest resolution and return instructions, please contact us before sending anything back.

Haven't received your refund after 15 business days? Contact hello@theoriginalbarebear.com and we'll investigate.

Your Rights

Whether you're in the UK or US, our 30-day return window for unopened items applies. UK customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law which fits well within our 30-day window. Your local consumer rights always apply—this policy works alongside them, never against them.
